Coronavirus and Christmas:

We are committed to protecting our staff and patients, and have adapted our existing practices to make it Covid secure. There has been lots to do, from social distancing measures, to obtaining enhanced PPE, and adapting your patient journey experience.

We’ve now re-opened our practices, giving priority to patients with dental emergencies such as pain, and swelling first, and are now pleased to offer more routine treatments and services.

We are screening all patients for symptoms of Covid-19 prior to their visit, and are delighted to introduce our online patient portal, so you can access the forms we would routinely update in the comfort of your own home. This helps us reduce the number of patients in the practice and your time during face to face appointments.

Christmas Arrangements – we are closed during Bank Holidays and Weekends

On the 29th, 30th and 31st December our telephone lines will be open from 9.30am – 11.30am for emergency triage, advice and treatment for our registered patients with symptoms of severe pain, bleeding, swelling or trauma. Please telephone our advice line on 01253 774350 and leave your name, number and a brief description of your problem and we will get back to you.

For advice and treatment outside of our normal working hours please phone The Lancashire Dental Helpline on 0300 1234 080.

We have provided some emergency care advice for our patients to help: https://idealdentalcare.co.uk/home/during-covid-19-period-dental-emergency-advice-for-patients/
